FAQs
Before I pay, can I take a trial?
Yes, what's the fun in making a commitment without trying it? If you haven't already taken a trial with us in the last 90 days. Please take a trial by booking a session for just Rs. 49/-
What if I want a second trial?
You can book a second trial only after 90 days from the completion of your first trial.
Can I change my goal?
Yes, you can. Just inform your personal trainer or our sales executive and we will customize your plan as per your requirements.
Who will decide/select my personal trainer?
You will be given an option to either select your trainer or let SARVA find a perfect match for you. To know more about our amazing instructors, visit www.sarva.com/coaches
Can I change my instructor after payment?
Yes, you will always have an option to change your personal trainer, subject to that trainer’s slot availability. You can check out the amazing team of our instructors here: www.sarva.com/coaches
How does the LIVE 1-on-1 session works?
You’ll be provided a Zoom link where you’ll meet our instructor and practice LIVE with them.
What if I have an emergency during the period of my membership?
You can inform your personal trainer about the situation and we can either reschedule the session or come up with the best possible solution.
What if I’m not happy with my subscription and want a refund?
At SARVA we ensure to provide the best in class experience which isn’t just limited to your workout session. But in case we fail to match your expectations, you will be refunded the amount of the unused sessions. (Option available for annual subscription members only).

How are the monthly and annual packs different?
